Introduction

Welcome to ramli888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you",your") and ramli888 governing your registration, access to, and use of the Platform, including all online gaming, sports betting, live casino, slot, and ancillary services made available at the domainramli888.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile applications.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of conflict between documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise specified.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on ramli888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are natural person aged 21 years or older. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and entirely of your own free will, and you are not doing so from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are the sole beneficial owner of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your account. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other individual or legal entity for the purpose of circumventing these Terms or applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform, nor have you been excluded from any other online gambling platform on the basis of fraudulent activity.
• You do not hold, and have not in the preceding 12 months held, any position as a director, officer, employee, contractor, or agent of ramli888 or any of its affiliates or licensing entities.

Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Account Registration

Each individual may hold onlyone (1) registered account on the Platform at any time. Creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You accept full responsibility for the accuracy of all information provided. ramli888 reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at ramli888's discretion at any other time, you may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), passport, or government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Age: Any document listed above confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last 3 months showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account, e-wallet (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), or FPX-linked account used for deposits.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by the Platform may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. ramli888 is not liable for any loss arising from delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify ramli888 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits & Payments

ramli888 accepts deposits exclusively inMalaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM30. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

The following Malaysian payment methods are currently supported on the Platform:

• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay (processed instantly)
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow (processed instantly)
• Online Banking via FPX: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and other FPX-participating banks (5–15 minutes processing time)

ramli888 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor may apply their own transaction fees, for which ramli888 accepts no liability. Deposit processing times are indicative and may vary depending on your payment provider's systems.

All deposits are subject to automated anti-money laundering (AML) screening. ramli888 reserves the right to delay, refuse, or return any deposit that triggers AML alerts or cannot be satisfactorily verified. Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity is prohibited.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed only to accounts that have completed full KYC verification.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows, measured from the time of ramli888's approval of the request:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay: Within 15–30 minutes (subject to e-wallet provider availability)
• DuitNow: Within 30 minutes during business hours
• FPX / Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect): Within 1–3 business hours during normal processing windows

ramli888 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on any withdrawal request prior to processing. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if a withdrawal is flaged by our compliance systems, if KYC documentation is outstanding, or if an ongoing dispute exists on the account.

Bonuses & Promotions

ramli888 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referal bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the individual promotion page, which supplement and take precedence over this general clause in the event of conflict.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus Credits must be used before real-money funds when wagering, unless otherwise specified.
• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x to 35x the bonus amount (exact multiplier stated per promotion) before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are only available to players who have created one account and have not been previously excluded from promotional participation.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the relevant promotion.
• Bonus Credits and associated winnings will be voided if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is completed.
• ramli888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7.2 Birthday Bonus

Birthday bonuses are credited automatically based on your verified VIP tier at the time of your birthday. Tiers range from Bronze (MYR 188) to VIP Elite (MYR 2,688). The bonus must be claimed within 7 days of your birthday. Tier is calculated from your rolling 30-day wagering volume.

7.3 Referal Bonus

A referral bonus of MYR 38 is awarded to both the referring player and the new player upon successful completion of the referred player's first qualifying deposit. There is no cap on the number of referrals. The referred player must be a genuine new user — referal of existing accounts, duplicate accounts, or self-referals will void the bonus and may result in account suspension.

Betting Rules

All wagers placed on ramli888 are subject to the specific game or sporting event rules displayed at the time of wagering. The following general betting conditions apply across all product verticals on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where explicitly permitted by the relevant game or event rules.
• ramli888 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Winings are credited to the player's account balance automatically upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.
• In the event of a disputed result, the outcome as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the football association for Liga Super Malaysia or EPL matches, or the official UFC result) shall be final and binding.
• Maximum bet limits apply on a per-event, per-market, and per-account basis. ramli888 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake of any individual player without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, arbitrage opportunities, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems constitutes prohibited conduct and may result in account suspension and voiding of all associated wagers.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts (duplicate account registration)
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods
• Money laundering, structuring transactions, or using the Platform for any financial crime
• Coluding with other players, using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain unfair advantage
• Bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotions in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational gaming
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without legitimate grounds
• Hacking, reverse engineering, or attempting to compromise the Platform's systems or security
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under applicable local law
• Allowing any other person to use your account, or using another person's account

Account Suspension & Termination

ramli888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 180 days (dormant account policy)
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, all withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the account is ultimately closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at ramli888's discretion, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ramli888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive financial losses arising from use or inability to use the Platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service due to technical failure, maintenance, force majeure, or regulatory action
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any odds, game outcomes, or results displayed on the Platform
• Any loss or damage arising from a user's failure to comply with these Terms
• Any action taken by the user in reliance on information provided on the Platform that is later found to be inaccurate

ramli888 provides the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose or its uninterrupted availability.

Responsible Gambling

ramli888 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides suite of player protection tools accessible through your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of ramli888.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ramli888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including their validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the English language. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents ramli888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent prohibited conduct.

Amendments to These Terms

ramli888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified via a notice posted on the Platform or by email to the registered account address. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage users to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Previous versions of these Terms may be requested from our support team.
